⁹ Thus saith Jehovah: Deceive not yourselves, saying, The Chaldeans are certainly gone away from us; for they are not gone.

⁸ For thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Let not your prophets that are in your midst, nor your diviners deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams, which ye like to dream.

³ The pride of thy heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; -- he that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?

⁴ And Jesus answering said to them, See that no one mislead you. ⁵ For many shall come in my name, saying, *I* am the Christ, and they shall mislead many.

³ For if any man reputes himself to be something, being nothing, he deceives himself;

⁷ Be not deceived: God is not mocked; for whatever a man shall sow, that also shall he reap.
