²² This thou seist, o LORDE: holde not thy tonge the: go not farre fro me, o LORDE.

⁷ And the LORDE sayde: I haue sene the trouble of my people in Egipte & haue herde their crye ouer those that oppresse them. I knowe their sorowe,

¹ Why art thou gone so farre of, o LORDE? wilt thou hyde thyselff in tyme of trouble?

¹¹ O go not fro me the, for trouble is harde at honde, and here is none to helpe me.

¹⁹ But be not thou farre fro me, o LORDE: thou art my sucoure, haist the to helpe me.

¹ Unto the wil I crie, o my stronge defence: thinke no scorne of me, lest (yf thou make the as though thou herdest not) I become like them, that go downe into ye pytte.
