¹ I am wel pleased, yt the LORDE hath herde ye voyce of my prayer.

² Then sayde Iacob vnto his housholde and to all yt were with him: Put awaye from you ye straunge goddes, that are amonge you, and clense youre selues, and chaunge youre clothes,

²⁶ And she sayde: O my lorde, as truly as thy soule lyueth my lorde, I am the woman that stode here by ye, and made intercession vnto the LORDE,

¹ I wil loue the (o LORDE) my stregth. The LORDE is my sucor, my refuge, my Sauior: my god, my helper i who I trust: my buckler, ye horne of my health, & my proteccio. ² I wil prayse ye LORDE & call vpon him, so shal I be safe fro myne enemies. ³ The sorowes of death copassed me, & the brokes of vngodlynes made me afrayed. ⁴ The paynes of hell came aboute me, the snares of death toke holde vpo me. ⁵ Yet in my trouble I called vpo the LORDE, & coplayned vnto my God. ⁶ So he herde my voyce out off his holy teple, & my coplaynte came before hi, yee eue into his eares.

²² Thou hydest them priuely by thine owne presence from the proude men, thou kepest them secretly in thy tabernacle, from the strife of tonges. ²³ Thankes be to the LORDE, for he hath shewed me maruelous greate kyndnesse in a stronge cite. For when the sodane feare came vpon me, I sayde: I am cast out of thy sight.

³ O prayse ye LORDE with me, and let vs magnifie his name together. ⁴ I sought the LORDE, and he herde me, yee he delyuered me out of all my feare.

¹ I wayted paciently for the LORDE, which enclyned himself vnto me, and herde my callinge.

¹⁹ Therfore God hath herde me, ad considred the voyce off my prayer. ²⁰ Praysed be God, which hath not cast out my prayer, ner turned his mercy fro me.

³³ O considre this & be glad (ye that be in aduersite) seke after God, & yor soule shal lyue.

¹³² O loke thou vpon me, and be mercyfull, as thou vsest to do vnto those yt loue yi name.

³³ and to loue him with all the hert, with all the mynde, with all the soule, and with all the strength, and to loue a mans neghboure as himself, is more then brent sacrifices and all offerynges.

²⁴ Hither to haue ye axed nothinge in my name. Axe, and ye shal receaue, yt youre ioye maye be perfecte.

¹⁷ He saide vnto him ye thirde tyme: Symon Iohana, louest thou me? Peter was sory, because he sayde vnto him, louest thou me? And he sayde vnto him: LORDE, thou knowest all thinges, thou knowest, that I loue ye. Iesus sayde vnto him: Fede my shepe.

¹⁹ Let vs loue him, for he loued vs first.

² By this we knowe that we loue Gods children, whan we loue God, and kepe his commaundementes. ³ For this is the loue of God, that we kepe his commaundementes, and his commaundemetes are not greuous.
