¹² When ye apeare before me, who requyreth you to treade within my porches?

¹⁷ Thre tymes in the yeare shal euery male that thou hast, appeare before the LORDE the Gouernoure.

²³ Thryse in a yeare shal all yor men children appeare before the Souernoure, euen the LORDE and God of Israel.

¹⁶ Thre tymes in the yeare shal all thy males appeare before the LORDE thy God (in the place that he shall chose) namely, in the feast of vnleuended bred, in the feast of wekes, and in the feast of Tabernacles. He shal not appeare emptie before the LORDE,

⁶ I wolde declare them, and speake of the: but they are so many, that they can not be tolde.

¹ Whan thou commest in to the house of God, kepe thy fote, and drawe nye, that thou mayest heare: that is better then the offeringes of fooles, for they knowe not what euell they do.

¹ And therfore crie now, as loude as thou canst. Leaue not of, lift vp thy voyce like a tropet, and shewe my people their offences, and ye house of Iacob their synnes. ² For they seke me dalye, and wil knowe my wayes, euen as it were a people that dyd right, and had not forsaken the statutes of their God. They argue with me concernynge right iudgment, and wil pleate at the lawe with their God.

⁸ I wil shewe the (O ma) what is good, and what the LORDE requyreth off the: Namely, to do right, to haue pleasure in louynge kyndnesse, to be lowly, and to walke with thy God:

⁵ All their workes do they to be sene of men. They set abrode their Philateries, and make large borders vpon their garmentes,
