⁵¹ And he said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man."

¹⁶ And when Jesus was baptized, he went up immediately from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and alighting on him.

³¹ "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.

²⁴ The Son of Man goes just as it is written of him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man if he had not been born."

¹⁰ And immediately coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened and the Spirit descending upon him like a dove.

⁶² And Jesus said, "I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."

⁹ And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with fear.

¹³ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,

²¹ When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was also baptized. And as he was praying, the heaven was opened

⁴³ An angel appeared to him from heaven, and strengthened him.

⁶⁹ But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God."

⁴ While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel.

³ Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

⁵ Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

¹³ No one has ascended into heaven, but he who came from heaven the Son of Man. ¹⁴ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,

¹⁹ Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever he does, the Son also does.

¹⁰ And as they were gazing intently into the sky while he was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them. ¹¹ They also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched him go into heaven."

⁵⁶ and he said, "Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God."

¹¹ and he saw heaven opened, and something descending, like a great sheet, let down by four corners to the earth.

⁷ and to give relief to you who are afflicted and to us as well when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,

⁹ They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction and exclusion from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power,

¹⁶ By common confession, great is the mystery of godliness: he was revealed in the flesh, was vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to serve for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?

¹⁴ It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, "Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of his holy ones,

¹ After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the voice, which I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this."

¹¹ Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.
