¹³ For we are Your people and the sheep of Your pasture; we will give You thanks forever; we will declare Your praise throughout all generations.

⁸ In God will we make our boast all the day, and to Your name will we give thanks forever. Pause.

¹⁷ They shall make mention of Your name from generation to generation; therefore shall the nations give thanks to You forever, even forever and ever.

¹ A Psalm of instruction, of Asaph. Why have You rejected us, O God, forever? Why has Your wrath been kindled against the sheep of Your pasture?

¹⁸ Remember this Your creation; an enemy has reproached the Lord, and a foolish people have provoked Your name.

²² Arise, O God, plead Your cause; remember Your reproaches that come from the foolish one all the day.

⁷ For He is our God; and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand.

³ Know that the Lord, He is God; He made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.

⁴ Generation after generation shall praise Your works, and tell of Your power.
