4 H1961 And it came H8671 to pass in the ninth H8141 year H4427 of his reign, H6224 in the tenth H2320 month, H6218 in the tenth H2320 day of the month, H5019 that Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H935 came, H3605 he and all H2428 his army, H5921 against H3389 Jerusalem, H2583 and pitched H5921 against H1129 it, and built H1785 forts H5921 against H5439 it round about.

5 H5892 So the city H935 was besieged H4692 H6240 to the eleventh H8141 year H4428 of king H6667 Zedekiah.

6 H7243 And in the fourth H2320 month, H8672 in the ninth H2320 day of the month, H7458 the famine H2388 was sore H5892 in the city, H3808 so that there was no H3899 bread H5971 for the people H776 of the land.

7 H5892 Then the city H1234 was broken H3605 up, and all H582 the men H4421 of war H1272 fled, H3318 and went H3318 forth H5892 out of the city H3915 by night H1870 by the way H8179 of the gate H996 between H2346 the two walls, H834 which H4428 was by the king’s H1588 garden; H3778 (now the Chaldeans H5892 were by the city H5439 round H3212 about:) and they went H1870 by the way H6160 of the plain.

8 H2428 But the army H3779 of the Chaldeans H7291 pursued H310 after H4428 the king, H5381 and overtook H6667 Zedekiah H6160 in the plains H3405 of Jericho; H3605 and all H2428 his army H6327 was scattered from him.

9 H8610 Then they took H4428 the king, H5927 and carried H4428 him up to the king H894 of Babylon H7247 to Riblah H776 in the land H2574 of Hamath; H1696 where he gave H4941 judgment on him.

10 H4428 And the king H894 of Babylon H7819 slew H1121 the sons H6667 of Zedekiah H5869 before his eyes: H7819 he slew H1571 also H3605 all H8269 the princes H3063 of Judah H7247 in Riblah.

11 H5786 Then he put H5869 out the eyes H6667 of Zedekiah; H4428 and the king H894 of Babylon H631 bound H5178 him in chains, H935 and carried H894 him to Babylon, H5414 and put H1004 him in prison H6486 H5704 till H3117 the day H4194 of his death.

12 H2549 Now in the fifth H2320 month, H6218 in the tenth H2320 day of the month, H1958 which H8672 was the nineteenth H6240 H8141 year H5019 of Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon, H935 came H5018 Nebuzaradan, H7227 captain H2876 of the guard, H5975 which served H6440 H4428 the king H894 of Babylon, H3389 into Jerusalem,

13 H8313 And burned H1004 the house H3068 of the LORD, H4428 and the king’s H1004 house; H3605 and all H1004 the houses H3389 of Jerusalem, H3605 and all H1004 the houses H1419 of the great H8313 men, burned H784 he with fire:

14 H3605 And all H2428 the army H3779 of the Chaldeans, H7227 that were with the captain H2876 of the guard, H5422 broke H5422 down H3605 all H2346 the walls H3389 of Jerusalem H5439 round about.

15 H5018 Then Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H1540 carried H1540 away captive H1803 certain of the poor H5971 of the people, H3499 and the residue H5971 of the people H7604 that remained H5892 in the city, H5307 and those that fell H5307 away, that fell H4428 to the king H894 of Babylon, H3499 and the rest H527 of the multitude.

16 H5018 But Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H7604 left H1803 certain of the poor H776 of the land H3755 for vinedressers H3009 and for farmers.

17 H5982 Also the pillars H5178 of brass H1004 that were in the house H3068 of the LORD, H4350 and the bases, H5178 and the brazen H3220 sea H1004 that was in the house H3068 of the LORD, H3779 the Chaldeans H7665 broke, H5375 and carried H3605 all H5178 the brass H894 of them to Babylon.

18 H5518 The caldrons H3257 also, and the shovels, H4212 and the snuffers, H4219 and the bowls, H3709 and the spoons, H3605 and all H3627 the vessels H5178 of brass H834 with which H8334 they ministered, H3947 took they away.

19 H5592 And the basins, H4289 and the fire pans, H4219 and the bowls, H5518 and the caldrons, H4501 and the candlesticks, H3709 and the spoons, H4518 and the cups; H834 that which H2091 was of gold H2091 in gold, H834 and that which H3701 was of silver H3701 in silver, H3947 took H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard away.

20 H8147 The two H5982 pillars, H259 one H3220 sea, H8147 and twelve H6240 H5178 brazen H1241 bulls H8478 that were under H4350 the bases, H834 which H4428 king H8010 Solomon H6213 had made H1004 in the house H3068 of the LORD: H5178 the brass H3605 of all H428 these H3627 vessels H3808 was without H4948 weight.

21 H5982 And concerning the pillars, H6967 the height H259 of one H5982 pillar H8083 was eighteen H6240 H520 cubits; H2339 and a fillet H8147 of twelve H6240 H520 cubits H5437 did compass H5672 it; and the thickness H702 thereof was four H676 fingers: H5014 it was hollow.

22 H3805 And a capital H5178 of brass H6967 was on it; and the height H259 of one H3805 capital H2568 was five H520 cubits, H7639 with network H7416 and pomegranates H3805 on the capitals H5439 round H3605 about, all H5178 of brass. H8145 The second H5982 pillar H7416 also and the pomegranates H428 were like to these.

23 H8673 And there were ninety H8337 and six H7416 pomegranates H7307 on a side; H3605 and all H7416 the pomegranates H7639 on the network H3967 were an hundred H5439 round about.

24 H7227 And the captain H2876 of the guard H3947 took H8304 Seraiah H7218 the chief H3548 priest, H6846 and Zephaniah H4932 the second H3548 priest, H7969 and the three H8104 keepers H5592 of the door:

25 H3947 He took H5892 also out of the city H5631 an eunuch, H834 which H1961 had H6496 the charge H582 of the men H4421 of war; H7651 and seven H582 men H7200 of them that were near H4428 the king’s H6440 person, H834 which H4672 were found H5892 in the city; H8269 and the principal H5608 scribe H6635 of the host, H6633 who mustered H5971 the people H776 of the land; H7657 and three score H376 men H5971 of the people H776 of the land, H4672 that were found H8432 in the middle H5892 of the city.

26 H5018 So Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H3947 took H3212 them, and brought H4428 them to the king H894 of Babylon H7247 to Riblah.

27 H4428 And the king H894 of Babylon H5221 smote H4191 them, and put them to death H7247 in Riblah H127 in the land H2574 of Hamath. H3063 Thus Judah H1540 was carried H1540 away captive H127 out of his own land.

28 H2088 This H5971 is the people H834 whom H5019 Nebuchadrezzar H1540 carried H1540 away captive: H7651 in the seventh H8141 year H7969 three H505 thousand H3064 Jews H7969 and three H6242 and twenty:

29 H6240 In the eighteenth H8141 year H5019 of Nebuchadrezzar H1540 he carried away captive H3389 from Jerusalem H8083 eight H3967 hundred H7970 thirty H8147 and two H5315 persons:

30 H7969 In the three H6242 and twentieth H8141 year H5019 of Nebuchadrezzar H5018 Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H1540 carried away captive H3064 of the Jews H7651 seven H3967 hundred H705 forty H2568 and five H5315 persons: H3605 all H5315 the persons H702 were four H505 thousand H8337 and six H3967 hundred.

31 H1961 And it came H7651 to pass in the seven H7970 and thirtieth H8141 year H1546 of the captivity H3078 of Jehoiachin H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H8147 in the twelfth H6240 H2320 month, H2568 in the five H6242 and twentieth H2320 day of the month, H192 that Evilmerodach H4428 king H894 of Babylon H8141 in the first year H4438 of his reign H5375 lifted H7218 up the head H3078 of Jehoiachin H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H3318 and brought H3318 him forth H3608 out of prison.

32 H1696 And spoke H2896 kindly H5414 to him, and set H3678 his throne H4605 above H3678 the throne H4428 of the kings H894 that were with him in Babylon,

33 H8138 And changed H3608 his prison H899 garments: H8548 and he did continually H398 eat H3899 bread H6440 before H3605 him all H3117 the days H2416 of his life.

34 H737 And for his diet, H8548 there was a continual H737 diet H5414 given H4428 him of the king H894 of Babylon, H3117 every day H1697 a portion H5704 until H3117 the day H4194 of his death, H3605 all H3117 the days H2416 of his life.
