And with his scorching wind he will wave his hand over the River, and will smite it into seven streams, and cause men to march over dry shod. 16 And there shall be a highway for the remnant of his people, who shall remain, from Assyria, like as there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

Isaiah 43:6

6 I will say to the north, Give up, and to the south, Keep not back. Bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the end of the earth,

Ezekiel 39:25-29

25 Therefore thus says the lord LORD: Now I will bring back the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel. And I will be jealous for my holy name. 26 And they shall bear their shame, and all their trespasses by which they have trespassed against me, when they shall dwell securely in their land. And none shall make them afraid 27 when I have brought them back from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations. 28 And they shall know that I am LORD their God, in that I caused them to go into captivity among the nations, and have gathered them to their own land. And I will leave none of them any more there, 29 nor will I hide my face any more from them. For I have poured out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, says the lord LORD.

Zephaniah 3:19-20

19 Behold, at that time I will deal with all those who afflict thee. And I will save that which is lame, and gather that which was driven away, and I will make them a praise and a name, whose shame has been in all the earth. 20 At that time I will bring you in, and at that time I will gather you. For I will make you a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth when I bring back your captivity before your eyes, says LORD.
