Revelation 20:2-4

Rotherham(i) 2 and he laid hold of the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is Adversary and the Accuser, and bound him for a thousand years,–– 3 and cast him into the abyss, and fastened and sealed [it] over him,––that he might not deceive the nations any more, until the thousand years, should be ended: after these, must he be loosed for a short time. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and sentence of judgment was given unto them; and [I saw] the souls of them who had been beheaded because of the witness of Jesus and because of the word of God, and such as had not done homage unto the wild–beast or unto his image, nor had received the mark upon their forehead or upon their hand; and they lived and reigned with the Christ, for a thousand years.
