Revelation 7

RKJNT(i) 1 And after these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. 2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom had been given power to hurt the earth and the sea, 3 Saying, Do not hurt the earth, or the sea, or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads. 4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed: and there were sealed a hundred and forty-four thousand from all the tribes of the sons of Israel. 5 From the tribe of Judah were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand. 6 From the tribe of Asher were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Naphtali were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Manasseh were sealed twelve thousand. 7 From the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. 8 From the tribe of Zebulun were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. From the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand. 9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, from all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands; 10 And cried out with a loud voice, saying, Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb. 11 And all the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen. 13 And one of the elders addressed me, saying, Who are these who are arrayed in white robes? and from where did they come? 14 And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore, they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he who sits on the throne shall spread his tabernacle over them. 16 They shall hunger no more, nor shall they thirst any more; nor shall the sun beat upon them, nor shall any scorching heat. 17 For the Lamb who is at the center of the throne shall be their shepherd, and shall lead them to the springs of the waters of life: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
