Exodus 27:1-7 And thou shalt make the altar of shittim wood: five cubits long, and five cubits broad, a foursquare shall the altar be, and three cubits shall be its height.

Leeser⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ And thou shalt make the altar of shittim wood: five cubits long, and five cubits broad, a foursquare shall the altar be, and three cubits shall be its height. ² And thou shalt make its horns on its four corners, from itself shall its horns be; and thou shalt overlay it with copper. ³ And thou shalt make its pots to receive its ashes, and its shovels, and its basins, and its forks, and its fire-pans; all its vessels thou shalt make of copper. ⁴ And thou shalt make for it a grating, of a network of copper; and thou shalt make upon the net four rings of copper, on its four corners. ⁵ And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, and the net shall reach even to the half of the altar. ⁶ And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with copper. ⁷ And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, when they bear it.
