16 H5344 And he that blasphemeth [H8802] H8034 the name H3068 of the LORD H4191 , he shall surely [H8800] H4191 be put to death [H8714] H5712 , and all the congregation H7275 shall certainly [H8800] H7275 stone [H8799] H1616 him: as well the stranger H249 , as he that is born in the land H5344 , when he blasphemeth [H8800] H8034 the name H4191 of the LORD, shall be put to death [H8714] .
