9 For the [Law says], "You [sing.] will not commit adultery," "You will not commit murder," "You will not steal," "You will not over-desire (crave; covet; lust)," and if any different command, it continues being summed up in this word, namely, "You will love your near one (your close one; your associate; your neighbor) as yourself."
