Zechariah 7:9-11 כה Thus אמר speaketh יהוה the LORD צבאות of hosts, לאמר saying, משׁפט judgment, אמת true שׁפטו Execute וחסד mercy ורחמים and compassions עשׂו and show אישׁ every man את to אחיו׃ his brother:

10 H490 ואלמנה the widow, H3490 ויתום nor the fatherless, H1616 גר the stranger, H6041 ועני nor the poor; H408 אל not H6231 תעשׁקו And oppress H7451 ורעת evil H376 אישׁ evil H251 אחיו against his brother H408 אל and let none H2803 תחשׁבו of you imagine H3824 בלבבכם׃ in your heart.

11 H3985 וימאנו But they refused H7181 להקשׁיב to hearken, H5414 ויתנו and pulled H3802 כתף the shoulder, H5637 סררת away H241 ואזניהם their ears, H3513 הכבידו and stopped H8085 משׁמוע׃ that they should not hear.
