2 H559 ויאמר said H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H7854 השׂטן Satan, H1605 יגער rebuke H3068 יהוה The LORD H7854 בך השׂטן thee, O Satan; H1605 ויגער rebuke H3068 יהוה even the LORD H977 בך הבחר that hath chosen H3389 בירושׁלם Jerusalem H3808 הלוא thee: not H2088 זה this H181 אוד a brand H5337 מצל plucked H784 מאשׁ׃ out of the fire?

3 H3091 ויהושׁע Now Joshua H1961 היה was H3847 לבשׁ clothed H899 בגדים garments, H6674 צואים with filthy H5975 ועמד and stood H6440 לפני before H4397 המלאך׃ the angel.

4 H6030 ויען And he answered H559 ויאמר and spoke H413 אל unto H5975 העמדים those that stood H6440 לפניו before H559 לאמר him, saying, H5493 הסירו Take away H899 הבגדים garments H6674 הצאים the filthy H5921 מעליו from H559 ויאמר him he said, H413 אליו him. And unto H7200 ראה Behold, H5674 העברתי to pass H5921 מעליך from H5771 עונך I have caused thine iniquity H3847 והלבשׁ thee, and I will clothe H853 אתך H4254 מחלצות׃ thee with change of raiment.

5 H559 ואמר And I said, H7760 ישׂימו Let them set H6797 צניף miter H2889 טהור a fair H5921 על upon H7218 ראשׁו his head. H7760 וישׂימו So they set H6797 הצניף miter H2889 הטהור a fair H5921 על upon H7218 ראשׁו his head, H3847 וילבשׁהו and clothed H899 בגדים him with garments. H4397 ומלאך And the angel H3068 יהוה of the LORD H5975 עמד׃ stood by.

6 H5749 ויעד protested H4397 מלאך And the angel H3069 יהוה H3091 ביהושׁע unto Joshua, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

7 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD H6635 צבאות of hosts; H518 אם If H1870 בדרכי in my ways, H1980 תלך thou wilt walk H518 ואם and if H853 את H4931 משׁמרתי my charge, H8104 תשׁמר thou wilt keep H1571 וגם shalt also H859 אתה then thou H1777 תדין judge H853 את H1004 ביתי my house, H1571 וגם and shalt also H8104 תשׁמר keep H853 את H2691 חצרי my courts, H5414 ונתתי and I will give H4108 לך מהלכים thee places to walk H996 בין among H5975 העמדים that stand H428 האלה׃ these
