Nehemiah 10:28-39 ושׁאר And the rest העם of the people, הכהנים the priests, הלוים the Levites, השׁוערים the porters, המשׁררים the singers, הנתינים the Nethinims, וכל and all הנבדל they that had separated themselves מעמי from the people הארצות of the lands אל unto תורת the law האלהים of God, נשׁיהם their wives, בניהם their sons, ובנתיהם and their daughters, כל every יודע one having knowledge, מבין׃ and having understanding;

28 H7605 ושׁאר And the rest H5971 העם of the people, H3548 הכהנים the priests, H3881 הלוים the Levites, H7778 השׁוערים the porters, H7891 המשׁררים the singers, H5411 הנתינים the Nethinims, H3605 וכל and all H914 הנבדל they that had separated themselves H5971 מעמי from the people H776 הארצות of the lands H413 אל unto H8451 תורת the law H430 האלהים of God, H802 נשׁיהם their wives, H1121 בניהם their sons, H1323 ובנתיהם and their daughters, H3605 כל every H3045 יודע one having knowledge, H995 מבין׃ and having understanding;

29 H2388 מחזיקים They cleaved H5921 על to H251 אחיהם their brethren, H117 אדיריהם their nobles, H935 ובאים and entered H423 באלה into a curse, H7621 ובשׁבועה and into an oath, H1980 ללכת to walk H8451 בתורת law, H430 האלהים in God's H834 אשׁר which H5414 נתנה was given H3027 ביד by H4872 משׁה Moses H5650 עבד the servant H430 האלהים of God, H8104 ולשׁמור and to observe H6213 ולעשׂות and do H853 את H3605 כל all H4687 מצות the commandments H3068 יהוה of the LORD H136 אדנינו H4941 ומשׁפטיו and his judgments H2706 וחקיו׃ and his statutes;

30 H834 ואשׁר And that H3808 לא we would not H5414 נתן give H1323 בנתינו our daughters H5971 לעמי unto the people H776 הארץ of the land, H853 ואת H1323 בנתיהם their daughters H3808 לא nor H3947 נקח take H1121 לבנינו׃ for our sons:

31 H5971 ועמי And the people H776 הארץ of the land H935 המביאים bring H853 את H4728 המקחות ware H3605 וכל or any H7668 שׁבר victuals H3117 ביום day H7676 השׁבת on the sabbath H4376 למכור to sell, H3808 לא we would not H3947 נקח buy H1992 מהם H7676 בשׁבת them on the sabbath, H3117 וביום day: H6944 קדשׁ or on the holy H5203 ונטשׁ and we would leave H853 את H8141 השׁנה year, H7637 השׁביעית the seventh H4855 ומשׁא and the exaction H3605 כל of every H3027 יד׃ debt.

32 H5975 והעמדנו Also we made H5921 עלינו for H4687 מצות ordinances H5414 לתת us, to charge H5921 עלינו ourselves H7992 שׁלשׁית with the third part H8255 השׁקל of a shekel H8141 בשׁנה yearly H5656 לעבדת for the service H1004 בית of the house H430 אלהינו׃ of our God;

33 H3899 ללחם H4635 המערכת H4503 ומנחת meat offering, H8548 התמיד and for the continual H5930 ולעולת burnt offering, H8548 התמיד and for the continual H7676 השׁבתות of the sabbaths, H2320 החדשׁים of the new moons, H4150 למועדים for the set feasts, H6944 ולקדשׁים and for the holy H2403 ולחטאות and for the sin offerings H3722 לכפר to make an atonement H5921 על for H3478 ישׂראל Israel, H3605 וכל and all H4399 מלאכת the work H1004 בית of the house H430 אלהינו׃ of our God.

34 H1486 והגורלות H5307 הפלנו H5921 על for H7133 קרבן offering, H6086 העצים the wood H3548 הכהנים the priests, H3881 הלוים the Levites, H5971 והעם and the people, H935 להביא to bring H1004 לבית into the house H430 אלהינו of our God, H1004 לבית after the houses H1 אבתינו of our fathers, H6256 לעתים at times H2163 מזמנים appointed H8141 שׁנה year H8141 בשׁנה by year, H1197 לבער to burn H5921 על upon H4196 מזבח the altar H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהינו our God, H3789 ככתוב as written H8451 בתורה׃ in the law:

35 H935 ולהביא And to bring H853 את H1061 בכורי the firstfruits H127 אדמתנו of our ground, H1061 ובכורי and the firstfruits H3605 כל of all H6529 פרי fruit H3605 כל of all H6086 עץ trees, H8141 שׁנה year H8141 בשׁנה by year, H1004 לבית unto the house H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD:

36 H853 ואת H1060 בכרות Also the firstborn H1121 בנינו of our sons, H929 ובהמתינו and of our cattle, H3789 ככתוב as written H8451 בתורה in the law, H853 ואת H1060 בכורי H1241 בקרינו of our herds H6629 וצאנינו and of our flocks, H935 להביא to bring H1004 לבית to the house H430 אלהינו of our God, H3548 לכהנים unto the priests H8334 המשׁרתים that minister H1004 בבית in the house H430 אלהינו׃ of our God:

37 H853 ואת H7225 ראשׁית the firstfruits H6182 עריסתינו of our dough, H8641 ותרומתינו and our offerings, H6529 ופרי and the fruit H3605 כל of all H6086 עץ manner of trees, H8492 תירושׁ of wine H3323 ויצהר and of oil, H935 נביא And we should bring H3548 לכהנים unto the priests, H413 אל to H3957 לשׁכות the chambers H1004 בית of the house H430 אלהינו of our God; H4643 ומעשׂר and the tithes H127 אדמתנו of our ground H3881 ללוים unto the Levites, H1992 והם that the same H3881 הלוים Levites H6237 המעשׂרים might have the tithes H3605 בכל in all H5892 ערי the cities H5656 עבדתנו׃ of our tillage.

38 H1961 והיה shall be H3548 הכהן And the priest H1121 בן the son H175 אהרן of Aaron H5973 עם with H3881 הלוים the Levites, H6237 בעשׂר take tithes: H3881 הלוים when the Levites H3881 והלוים and the Levites H5927 יעלו shall bring up H853 את H4643 מעשׂר the tithe H4643 המעשׂר of the tithes H1004 לבית unto the house H430 אלהינו of our God, H413 אל to H3957 הלשׁכות the chambers, H1004 לבית house. H214 האוצר׃ into the treasure

39 H3588 כי For H413 אל unto H3957 הלשׁכות the chambers, H935 יביאו shall bring H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H1121 ובני and the children H3878 הלוי of Levi H853 את H8641 תרומת the offering H1715 הדגן of the corn, H8492 התירושׁ of the new wine, H3323 והיצהר and the oil, H8033 ושׁם where H3627 כלי the vessels H4720 המקדשׁ of the sanctuary, H3548 והכהנים and the priests H8334 המשׁרתים that minister, H7778 והשׁוערים and the porters, H7891 והמשׁררים and the singers: H3808 ולא and we will not H5800 נעזב forsake H853 את H1004 בית the house H430 אלהינו׃ of our God.
