4 H1869 דרך He hath bent H7198 קשׁתו his bow H341 כאויב like an enemy: H5324 נצב he stood H3225 ימינו with his right hand H6862 כצר as an adversary, H2026 ויהרג and slew H3605 כל all H4261 מחמדי pleasant H5869 עין to the eye H168 באהל in the tabernacle H1323 בת of the daughter H6726 ציון of Zion: H8210 שׁפך he poured out H784 כאשׁ like fire. 5 H1961 היה was H136 אדני The Lord H341 כאויב as an enemy: H1104 בלע he hath swallowed up H3478 ישׂראל Israel, H1104 בלע he hath swallowed up H3605 כל all H759 ארמנותיה her palaces: H7843 שׁחת he hath destroyed H4013 מבצריו his strongholds, H7235 וירב and hath increased H1323 בבת in the daughter H3063 יהודה of Judah H8386 תאניה mourning H592 ואניה׃ and lamentation.

6 H2554 ויחמס And he hath violently taken away H1588 כגן as a garden: H7900 שׂכו his tabernacle, H7843 שׁחת he hath destroyed H4150 מועדו his places of the assembly: H7911 שׁכח to be forgotten H3068 יהוה the LORD H6726 בציון in Zion, H4150 מועד hath caused the solemn feasts H7676 ושׁבת and sabbaths H5006 וינאץ and hath despised H2195 בזעם in the indignation H639 אפו of his anger H4428 מלך the king H3548 וכהן׃ and the priest.

7 H2186 זנח hath cast off H136 אדני The Lord H4196 מזבחו his altar, H5010 נאר he hath abhorred H4720 מקדשׁו his sanctuary, H5462 הסגיר he hath given up H3027 ביד into the hand H341 אויב of the enemy H2346 חומת the walls H759 ארמנותיה of her palaces; H6963 קול a noise H5414 נתנו they have made H1004 בבית in the house H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H3117 כיום as in the day H4150 מועד׃ of a solemn feast.

8 H2803 חשׁב hath purposed H3068 יהוה The LORD H7843 להשׁחית to destroy H2346 חומת the wall H1323 בת of the daughter H6726 ציון of Zion: H5186 נטה he hath stretched out H6957 קו a line, H3808 לא he hath not H7725 השׁיב withdrawn H3027 ידו his hand H1104 מבלע from destroying: H56 ויאבל to lament; H2426 חל therefore he made the rampart H2346 וחומה and the wall H3162 יחדו together. H535 אמללו׃ they languished
