Jeremiah 7:22-28 כי For לא not דברתי I spoke את אבותיכם unto your fathers, ולא nor צויתים commanded ביום them in the day הוציא that I brought אותם מארץ them out of the land מצרים of Egypt, על concerning דברי concerning עולה burnt offerings וזבח׃ or sacrifices:

22 H3588 כי For H3808 לא not H1696 דברתי I spoke H854 את H1 אבותיכם unto your fathers, H3808 ולא nor H6680 צויתים commanded H3117 ביום them in the day H3318 הוציא that I brought H853 אותם H776 מארץ them out of the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt, H5921 על concerning H1697 דברי concerning H5930 עולה burnt offerings H2077 וזבח׃ or sacrifices:

23 H3588 כי H518 אם H853 את H1697 הדבר thing H2088 הזה this H6680 צויתי commanded H853 אותם H559 לאמר I them, saying, H8085 שׁמעו Obey H6963 בקולי my voice, H1961 והייתי and I will be H430 לכם לאלהים your God, H859 ואתם and ye H1961 תהיו shall be H5971 לי לעם my people: H1980 והלכתם and walk H3605 בכל ye in all H1870 הדרך the ways H834 אשׁר that H6680 אצוה I have commanded H853 אתכם H4616 למען you, that H3190 ייטב׃ it may be well

24 H3808 ולא not, H8085 שׁמעו But they hearkened H3808 ולא nor H5186 הטו inclined H853 את H241 אזנם their ear, H1980 וילכו but walked H4156 במעצות in the counsels H8307 בשׁררות in the imagination H3820 לבם heart, H7451 הרע of their evil H1961 ויהיו and went H268 לאחור backward, H3808 ולא and not H6440 לפנים׃ forward.

25 H4480 למן Since H3117 היום the day H834 אשׁר that H3318 יצאו came forth H1 אבותיכם your fathers H776 מארץ out of the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt H5704 עד unto H3117 היום day H2088 הזה this H7971 ואשׁלח I have even sent H413 אליכם unto H853 את H3605 כל you all H5650 עבדי my servants H5030 הנביאים the prophets, H3117 יום daily H7925 השׁכם rising up early H7971 ושׁלח׃ and sending

26 H3808 ולוא not H8085 שׁמעו Yet they hearkened H413 אלי unto H3808 ולא me, nor H5186 הטו inclined H853 את H241 אזנם their ear, H7185 ויקשׁו but hardened H853 את H6203 ערפם their neck: H7489 הרעו they did worse H1 מאבותם׃ than their fathers.

27 H1696 ודברת Therefore thou shalt speak H413 אליהם unto H853 את H3605 כל all H1697 הדברים words H428 האלה these H3808 ולא them; but they will not H8085 ישׁמעו hearken H413 אליך to H7121 וקראת thee: thou shalt also call H413 אליהם unto H3808 ולא them; but they will not H6030 יענוכה׃ answer

28 H559 ואמרת But thou shalt say H413 אליהם unto H2088 זה them, This H1471 הגוי a nation H834 אשׁר that H3808 לוא not H8085 שׁמעו obeyeth H6963 בקול the voice H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהיו their God, H3808 ולא nor H3947 לקחו receiveth H4148 מוסר correction: H6 אבדה is perished, H530 האמונה truth H3772 ונכרתה and is cut off H6310 מפיהם׃ from their mouth.
