Jeremiah 23:32-40 הנני על I against נבאי them that prophesy חלמות dreams, שׁקר false נאם saith יהוה the LORD, ויספרום and do tell ויתעו to err את עמי them, and cause my people בשׁקריהם by their lies, ובפחזותם and by their lightness; ואנכי yet I לא them not, שׁלחתים sent ולא nor צויתים commanded והועיל profit this people at all, לא them: therefore they shall not יועילו לעם הזה נאם saith יהוה׃ the LORD.

32 H2005 הנני H5921 על I against H5012 נבאי them that prophesy H2472 חלמות dreams, H8267 שׁקר false H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H5608 ויספרום and do tell H8582 ויתעו to err H853 את H5971 עמי them, and cause my people H8267 בשׁקריהם by their lies, H6350 ובפחזותם and by their lightness; H595 ואנכי yet I H3808 לא them not, H7971 שׁלחתים sent H3808 ולא nor H6680 צויתים commanded H3276 והועיל profit this people at all, H3808 לא them: therefore they shall not H3276 יועילו H5971 לעם H2088 הזה H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

33 H3588 וכי And when H7592 ישׁאלך shall ask H5971 העם people, H2088 הזה this H176 או or H5030 הנביא the prophet, H176 או or H3548 כהן a priest, H559 לאמר thee, saying, H4100 מה What H4853 משׂא the burden H3068 יהוה of the LORD? H559 ואמרת thou shalt then say H413 אליהם unto H853 את H4100 מה them, What H4853 משׂא burden? H5203 ונטשׁתי I will even forsake H853 אתכם H5002 נאם you, saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

34 H5030 והנביא And the prophet, H3548 והכהן and the priest, H5971 והעם and the people, H834 אשׁר that H559 יאמר shall say, H4853 משׂא The burden H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H6485 ופקדתי H5921 על H376 האישׁ man H1931 ההוא that H5921 ועל H1004 ביתו׃ and his house.

35 H3541 כה Thus H559 תאמרו shall ye say H376 אישׁ every one H5921 על to H7453 רעהו his neighbor, H376 ואישׁ and every one H413 אל to H251 אחיו his brother, H4100 מה What H6030 ענה answered? H3068 יהוה hath the LORD H4100 ומה and, What H1696 דבר spoken? H3068 יהוה׃ hath the LORD

36 H4853 ומשׂא And the burden H3068 יהוה of the LORD H3808 לא no H2142 תזכרו shall ye mention H5750 עוד more: H3588 כי for H4853 המשׂא his burden; H1961 יהיה shall be H376 לאישׁ every man's H1697 דברו word H2015 והפכתם for ye have perverted H853 את H1697 דברי the words H430 אלהים God, H2416 חיים of the living H3068 יהוה of the LORD H6635 צבאות of hosts H430 אלהינו׃ our God.

37 H3541 כה Thus H559 תאמר shalt thou say H413 אל to H5030 הנביא the prophet, H4100 מה What H6030 ענך answered H3068 יהוה hath the LORD H4100 ומה thee? and, What H1696 דבר spoken? H3068 יהוה׃ hath the LORD

38 H518 ואם But since H4853 משׂא The burden H3068 יהוה of the LORD; H559 תאמרו ye say, H3651 לכן therefore H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD; H3282 יען Because H559 אמרכם ye say H853 את H1697 הדבר word, H2088 הזה this H4853 משׂא The burden H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H7971 ואשׁלח and I have sent H413 אליכם unto H559 לאמר you, saying, H3808 לא Ye shall not H559 תאמרו say, H4853 משׂא The burden H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD;

39 H3651 לכן Therefore, H2005 הנני H5382 ונשׁיתי H853 אתכם H5377 נשׁא H5203 ונטשׁתי you, and I will forsake H853 אתכם H853 ואת H5892 העיר you, and the city H834 אשׁר that H5414 נתתי I gave H1 לכם ולאבותיכם you and your fathers, H5921 מעל out of H6440 פני׃ my presence:

40 H5414 ונתתי And I will bring H5921 עליכם upon H2781 חרפת reproach H5769 עולם an everlasting H3640 וכלמות shame, H5769 עולם you, and a perpetual H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא shall not H7911 תשׁכח׃ be forgotten.
