5 H1961 אהיה I will be H2919 כטל as the dew H3478 לישׂראל unto Israel: H6524 יפרח he shall grow H7799 כשׁושׁנה as the lily, H5221 ויך and cast forth H8328 שׁרשׁיו his roots H3844 כלבנון׃ as Lebanon.

6 H1980 ילכו shall spread, H3127 ינקותיו His branches H1961 ויהי shall be H2132 כזית as the olive tree, H1935 הודו and his beauty H7381 וריח and his smell H3844 לו כלבנון׃ as Lebanon.

7 H7725 ישׁבו shall return; H3427 ישׁבי They that dwell H6738 בצלו under his shadow H2421 יחיו they shall revive H1715 דגן the corn, H6524 ויפרחו and grow H1612 כגפן as the vine: H2143 זכרו the scent H3196 כיין thereof as the wine H3844 לבנון׃ of Lebanon.

9 H4310 מי Who H2450 חכם wise, H995 ויבן and he shall understand H428 אלה these H995 נבון prudent, H3045 וידעם and he shall know H3588 כי them? for H3477 ישׁרים right, H1870 דרכי the ways H3069 יהוה H6662 וצדקים and the just H1980 ילכו shall walk H6586 בם ופשׁעים in them: but the transgressors H3782 יכשׁלו׃ shall fall
