23 H3947 ויקח took H8035 שׁם And Shem H3315 ויפת and Japheth H853 את H8071 השׂמלה a garment, H7760 וישׂימו and laid H5921 על upon H7926 שׁכם their shoulders, H8147 שׁניהם both H1980 וילכו and went H322 אחרנית backward, H3680 ויכסו and covered H853 את H6172 ערות the nakedness H1 אביהם of their father; H6440 ופניהם and their faces H322 אחרנית backward, H6172 וערות nakedness. 24 H3364 וייקץ awoke H5146 נח And Noah H3196 מיינו from his wine, H3045 וידע and knew H853 את H834 אשׁר what H6213 עשׂה had done H1121 לו בנו son H6996 הקטן׃ his younger

25 H559 ויאמר And he said, H779 ארור Cursed H3667 כנען Canaan; H5650 עבד a servant H5650 עבדים of servants H1961 יהיה shall he be H251 לאחיו׃ unto his brethren.

26 H559 ויאמר And he said, H1288 ברוך Blessed H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהי God H8035 שׁם of Shem; H1961 ויהי shall be H3667 כנען and Canaan H5650 עבד׃ his servant.

27 H6601 יפת shall enlarge H430 אלהים God H3315 ליפת Japheth, H7931 וישׁכן and he shall dwell H168 באהלי in the tents H8035 שׁם of Shem; H1961 ויהי shall be H3667 כנען and Canaan H5650 עבד׃ his servant.
