Genesis 37:22 ויאמר said אלהם unto ראובן And Reuben אל תשׁפכו them, Shed דם blood, השׁליכו cast אתו אל him into הבור pit הזה this אשׁר that במדבר in the wilderness, ויד hand אל no תשׁלחו and lay בו למען upon him; that הציל he might rid אתו מידם him out of their hands, להשׁיבו to deliver אל him to אביו׃ his father
