Genesis 17:1-6 ויהי was אברם And when Abram בן old תשׁעים ninety שׁנה years ותשׁע and nine, שׁנים וירא appeared יהוה the LORD אל to אברם Abram, ויאמר and said אליו unto אני him, I אל God; שׁדי the Almighty התהלך walk לפני before והיה me, and be תמים׃ thou perfect.

2 H5414 ואתנה And I will make H1285 בריתי my covenant H996 ביני between H996 ובינך H7235 וארבה me and thee, and will multiply H853 אותך H3966 במאד thee exceedingly. H3966 מאד׃ thee exceedingly.

3 H5307 ויפל fell H87 אברם And Abram H5921 על on H6440 פניו his face: H1696 וידבר talked H854 אתו with H430 אלהים and God H559 לאמר׃ him, saying,

4 H589 אני As for me, H2009 הנה behold, H1285 בריתי my covenant H854 אתך with H1961 והיית thee, and thou shalt be H1 לאב a father H1995 המון of many H1471 גוים׃ nations.

5 H3808 ולא Neither H7121 יקרא be called H5750 עוד any more H853 את H8034 שׁמך shall thy name H87 אברם Abram, H1961 והיה shall be H8034 שׁמך but thy name H85 אברהם Abraham; H3588 כי for H1 אב a father H1995 המון of many H1471 גוים nations H5414 נתתיך׃ have I made

6 H6509 והפרתי fruitful, H853 אתך H3966 במאד H3966 מאד H5414 ונתתיך and I will make H1471 לגוים nations H4428 ומלכים of thee, and kings H4480 ממך of H3318 יצאו׃ shall come out
