Ezekiel 36 ואתה Also, thou בן son אדם of man, הנבא prophesy אל unto הרי the mountains ישׂראל of Israel, ואמרת and say, הרי Ye mountains ישׂראל of Israel, שׁמעו hear דבר the word יהוה׃ of the LORD:

1 H859 ואתה Also, thou H1121 בן son H120 אדם of man, H5012 הנבא prophesy H413 אל unto H2022 הרי the mountains H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H559 ואמרת and say, H2022 הרי Ye mountains H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H8085 שׁמעו hear H1697 דבר the word H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD:

2 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H3282 יען Because H559 אמר hath said H341 האויב the enemy H5921 עליכם against H1889 האח you, Aha, H1116 ובמות high places H5769 עולם even the ancient H4181 למורשׁה ours in possession: H1961 היתה׃ are

3 H3651 לכן Therefore H5012 הנבא prophesy H559 ואמרת and say, H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H3282 יען H3282 ביען H8074 שׁמות they have made desolate, H7602 ושׁאף H853 אתכם H5439 מסביב on every side, H1961 להיותכם that ye might be H4181 מורשׁה a possession H7611 לשׁארית unto the residue H1471 הגוים of the heathen, H5927 ותעלו and ye are taken up H5921 על in H8193 שׂפת the lips H3956 לשׁון of talkers, H1681 ודבת and an infamy H5971 עם׃ of the people:

4 H3651 לכן Therefore, H2022 הרי ye mountains H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H8085 שׁמעו hear H1697 דבר the word H136 אדני of the Lord H3068 יהוה H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3068 יהוה H2022 להרים to the mountains, H1389 ולגבעות and to the hills, H650 לאפיקים to the rivers, H1516 ולגאיות and to the valleys, H2723 ולחרבות wastes, H8076 השׁממות H5892 ולערים and to the cities H5800 הנעזבות that are forsaken, H834 אשׁר which H1961 היו became H957 לבז a prey H3933 וללעג and derision H7611 לשׁארית to the residue H1471 הגוים of the heathen H834 אשׁר that H5439 מסביב׃ round about;

5 H3651 לכן Therefore H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3068 יהוה H518 אם H3808 לא H784 באשׁ in the fire H7068 קנאתי of my jealousy H1696 דברתי have I spoken H5921 על against H7611 שׁארית the residue H1471 הגוים of the heathen, H5921 ועל and against H123 אדום Idumea, H3605 כלא all H834 אשׁר which H5414 נתנו have appointed H853 את H776 ארצי my land H1992 להם H4181 למורשׁה into their possession H8057 בשׂמחת with the joy H3605 כל of all H3824 לבב heart, H7589 בשׁאט with despiteful H5315 נפשׁ minds, H4616 למען to H4054 מגרשׁה H957 לבז׃ for a prey.

6 H3651 לכן therefore H5012 הנבא Prophesy H5921 על concerning H127 אדמת the land H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H559 ואמרת and say H2022 להרים unto the mountains, H1389 ולגבעות and to the hills, H650 לאפיקים to the rivers, H1516 ולגאיות and to the valleys, H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H2005 הנני H7068 בקנאתי in my jealousy H2534 ובחמתי and in my fury, H1696 דברתי I have spoken H3282 יען because H3639 כלמת the shame H1471 גוים of the heathen: H5375 נשׂאתם׃ ye have borne

7 H3651 לכן Therefore H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H589 אני I H5375 נשׂאתי have lifted up H853 את H3027 ידי mine hand, H518 אם H3808 לא H1471 הגוים the heathen H834 אשׁר that H5439 לכם מסביב about H1992 המה you, they H3639 כלמתם their shame. H5375 ישׂאו׃ shall bear

8 H859 ואתם But ye, H2022 הרי O mountains H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H6057 ענפכם your branches, H5414 תתנו ye shall shoot forth H6529 ופריכם your fruit H5375 תשׂאו and yield H5971 לעמי to my people H3478 ישׂראל of Israel; H3588 כי for H7126 קרבו they are at hand H935 לבוא׃ to come.

9 H3588 כי For, H2005 הנני H413 אליכם I for H6437 ופניתי you, and I will turn H413 אליכם unto H5647 ונעבדתם you, and ye shall be tilled H2232 ונזרעתם׃ and sown:

10 H7235 והרביתי And I will multiply H5921 עליכם upon H120 אדם men H3605 כל you, all H1004 בית the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3605 כלה all H3427 ונשׁבו shall be inhabited, H5892 הערים of it: and the cities H2723 והחרבות and the wastes H1129 תבנינה׃ shall be built:

11 H7235 והרביתי And I will multiply H5921 עליכם upon H120 אדם you man H929 ובהמה and beast; H7235 ורבו and they shall increase H6509 ופרו and bring fruit: H3427 והושׁבתי and I will settle H853 אתכם H6927 כקדמותיכם you after your old estates, H2895 והטבתי H7221 מראשׁתיכם than at your beginnings: H3045 וידעתם and ye shall know H3588 כי that H589 אני I H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

12 H1980 והולכתי to walk H5921 עליכם upon H120 אדם Yea, I will cause men H853 את H5971 עמי you, my people H3478 ישׂראל Israel; H3423 וירשׁוך and they shall possess H1961 והיית thee, and thou shalt be H5159 להם לנחלה their inheritance, H3808 ולא and thou shalt no H3254 תוסף more H5750 עוד henceforth H7921 לשׁכלם׃ bereave

13 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H3282 יען Because H559 אמרים they say H398 לכם אכלת devourest up H120 אדם men, H859 אתי unto you, Thou H7921 ומשׁכלת and hast bereaved H1471 גויך thy nations; H1961 היית׃ and hast bereaved

14 H3651 לכן Therefore H120 אדם men H3808 לא no H398 תאכלי thou shalt devour H5750 עוד more, H1471 וגויך thy nations H3808 לא neither H3782 תכשׁלי H5750 עוד any more, H5002 נאם saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה׃ GOD.

15 H3808 ולא Neither H8085 אשׁמיע will I cause to hear H413 אליך in H5750 עוד any more, H3639 כלמת thee the shame H1471 הגוים of the heathen H2781 וחרפת the reproach H5971 עמים of the people H3808 לא neither H5375 תשׂאי shalt thou bear H5750 עוד any more, H1471 וגויך shalt thou cause thy nations H3808 לא neither H3782 תכשׁלי to fall H5750 עוד any more, H5002 נאם saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה׃ GOD.

16 H1961 ויהי came H1697 דבר Moreover the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD H413 אלי unto H559 לאמר׃ me, saying,

17 H1121 בן Son H120 אדם of man, H1004 בית when the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H3427 ישׁבים dwelt H5921 על in H127 אדמתם their own land, H2930 ויטמאו they defiled H853 אותה H1870 בדרכם it by their own way H5949 ובעלילותם and by their doings: H2932 כטמאת me as the uncleanness H5079 הנדה of a removed woman. H1961 היתה was H1870 דרכם their way H6440 לפני׃ before

18 H8210 ואשׁפך Wherefore I poured H2534 חמתי my fury H5921 עליהם upon H5921 על them for H1818 הדם the blood H834 אשׁר that H8210 שׁפכו they had shed H5921 על upon H776 הארץ the land, H1544 ובגלוליהם and for their idols H2930 טמאוה׃ they had polluted

19 H6327 ואפיץ And I scattered H853 אתם H1471 בגוים them among the heathen, H2219 ויזרו and they were dispersed H776 בארצות through the countries: H1870 כדרכם according to their way H5949 וכעלילותם and according to their doings H8199 שׁפטתים׃ I judged

20 H935 ויבוא And when they entered H413 אל unto H1471 הגוים the heathen, H834 אשׁר whither H935 באו they went, H8033 שׁם whither H2490 ויחללו they profaned H853 את H8034 שׁם name, H6944 קדשׁי my holy H559 באמר when they said H5971 להם עם the people H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H428 אלה to them, These H776 ומארצו out of his land. H3318 יצאו׃ and are gone forth

21 H2550 ואחמל But I had pity H5921 על for H8034 שׁם name, H6944 קדשׁי mine holy H834 אשׁר which H2490 חללוהו had profaned H1004 בית the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H1471 בגוים among the heathen, H834 אשׁר whither H935 באו they went. H8033 שׁמה׃ whither

22 H3651 לכן Therefore H559 אמר say H1004 לבית unto the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H3808 לא not H4616 למענכם for your sakes, H589 אני I H6213 עשׂה do H1004 בית O house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3588 כי but H518 אם but H8034 לשׁם name's H6944 קדשׁי for mine holy H834 אשׁר sake, which H2490 חללתם ye have profaned H1471 בגוים among the heathen, H834 אשׁר whither H935 באתם ye went. H8033 שׁם׃ whither

23 H6942 וקדשׁתי And I will sanctify H853 את H8034 שׁמי name, H1419 הגדול my great H2490 המחלל which was profaned H1471 בגוים among the heathen, H834 אשׁר which H2490 חללתם ye have profaned H8432 בתוכם in the midst H3045 וידעו shall know H1471 הגוים of them; and the heathen H3588 כי that H589 אני I H3068 יהוה the LORD, H5002 נאם saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD, H6942 בהקדשׁי when I shall be sanctified H5869 בכם לעיניהם׃ in you before their eyes.

24 H3947 ולקחתי For I will take H853 אתכם H4480 מן you from among H1471 הגוים the heathen, H6908 וקבצתי and gather H853 אתכם H3605 מכל you out of all H776 הארצות countries, H935 והבאתי and will bring H853 אתכם H413 אל you into H127 אדמתכם׃ your own land.

25 H2236 וזרקתי Then will I sprinkle H5921 עליכם upon H4325 מים water H2889 טהורים clean H2891 וטהרתם you, and ye shall be clean: H3605 מכל from all H2932 טמאותיכם your filthiness, H3605 ומכל and from all H1544 גלוליכם your idols, H2891 אטהר will I cleanse H853 אתכם׃

26 H5414 ונתתי also will I give H3820 לכם לב heart H2319 חדשׁ A new H7307 ורוח spirit H2319 חדשׁה you, and a new H5414 אתן will I put H7130 בקרבכם within H5493 והסרתי you: and I will take away H853 את H3820 לב heart H68 האבן the stony H1320 מבשׂרכם out of your flesh, H5414 ונתתי and I will give H3820 לכם לב you a heart H1320 בשׂר׃ of flesh.

27 H853 ואת H7307 רוחי my spirit H5414 אתן And I will put H7130 בקרבכם within H6213 ועשׂיתי you, and cause H853 את H834 אשׁר H2706 בחקי my statutes, H1980 תלכו you to walk H4941 ומשׁפטי my judgments, H8104 תשׁמרו and ye shall keep H6213 ועשׂיתם׃ and do

28 H3427 וישׁבתם And ye shall dwell H776 בארץ in the land H834 אשׁר that H5414 נתתי I gave H1 לאבתיכם to your fathers; H1961 והייתם and ye shall be H5971 לי לעם my people, H595 ואנכי and I H1961 אהיה will be H430 לכם לאלהים׃ your God.

29 H3467 והושׁעתי I will also save H853 אתכם H3605 מכל you from all H2932 טמאותיכם your uncleannesses: H7121 וקראתי and I will call H413 אל for H1715 הדגן the corn, H7235 והרביתי and will increase H853 אתו H3808 ולא no H5414 אתן it, and lay H5921 עליכם upon H7458 רעב׃ famine

30 H7235 והרביתי And I will multiply H853 את H6529 פרי the fruit H6086 העץ of the tree, H8570 ותנובת and the increase H7704 השׂדה of the field, H4616 למען that H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא no H3947 תקחו ye shall receive H5750 עוד more H2781 חרפת reproach H7458 רעב of famine H1471 בגוים׃ among the heathen.

31 H2142 וזכרתם Then shall ye remember H853 את H1870 דרכיכם ways, H7451 הרעים your own evil H4611 ומעלליכם and your doings H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא not H2896 טובים good, H6962 ונקטתם and shall loathe yourselves H6440 בפניכם in your own sight H5921 על for H5771 עונתיכם your iniquities H5921 ועל and for H8441 תועבותיכם׃ your abominations.

32 H3808 לא Not H4616 למענכם for your sakes H589 אני I H6213 עשׂה do H5002 נאם saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD, H3045 יודע be it known H954 לכם בושׁו unto you: be ashamed H3637 והכלמו and confounded H1870 מדרכיכם for your own ways, H1004 בית O house H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

33 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H3117 ביום In the day H2891 טהרי that I shall have cleansed H853 אתכם H3605 מכל you from all H5771 עונותיכם your iniquities H3427 והושׁבתי I will also cause to dwell H853 את H5892 הערים in the cities, H1129 ונבנו shall be built. H2723 החרבות׃ and the wastes

34 H776 והארץ land H8074 הנשׁמה And the desolate H5647 תעבד shall be tilled, H8478 תחת whereas H834 אשׁר whereas H1961 היתה it lay H8077 שׁממה desolate H5869 לעיני in the sight H3605 כל of all H5674 עובר׃ that passed by.

35 H559 ואמרו And they shall say, H776 הארץ land H1977 הלזו This H8074 הנשׁמה that was desolate H1961 היתה is become H1588 כגן like the garden H5731 עדן of Eden; H5892 והערים cities H2720 החרבות and the waste H8074 והנשׁמות and desolate H2040 והנהרסות and ruined H1219 בצורות fenced, H3427 ישׁבו׃ are inhabited.

36 H3045 וידעו you shall know H1471 הגוים Then the heathen H834 אשׁר that H7604 ישׁארו are left H5439 סביבותיכם round about H3588 כי that H589 אני I H3068 יהוה the LORD H1129 בניתי build H2040 הנהרסות the ruined H5193 נטעתי plant H8074 הנשׁמה that that was desolate: H589 אני I H3068 יהוה the LORD H1696 דברתי have spoken H6213 ועשׂיתי׃ and I will do

37 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD; H5750 עוד I will yet H2063 זאת this H1875 אדרשׁ be inquired of H1004 לבית by the house H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H6213 לעשׂות to do H7235 להם ארבה for them; I will increase H853 אתם H6629 כצאן like a flock. H120 אדם׃ them with men

38 H6629 כצאן flock, H6944 קדשׁים As the holy H6629 כצאן as the flock H3389 ירושׁלם of Jerusalem H4150 במועדיה in her solemn feasts; H3651 כן so H1961 תהיינה be H5892 הערים cities H2720 החרבות shall the waste H4392 מלאות filled H6629 צאן with flocks H120 אדם of men: H3045 וידעו and they shall know H3588 כי that H589 אני I H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.
