Exodus 5:3 ויאמרו And they said, אלהי The God העברים of the Hebrews נקרא hath met עלינו with נלכה us: let us go, נא we pray thee, דרך journey שׁלשׁת three ימים days' במדבר into the desert, ונזבחה and sacrifice ליהוה unto the LORD אלהינו our God; פן lest יפגענו he fall upon בדבר us with pestilence, או or בחרב׃ with the sword.
