17 H8403 תבנית The likeness H3605 כל of any H929 בהמה beast H834 אשׁר that H776 בארץ on the earth, H8403 תבנית the likeness H3605 כל of any H6833 צפור fowl H3671 כנף winged H834 אשׁר that H5774 תעוף flieth H8064 בשׁמים׃ in the air,

18 H8403 תבנית The likeness H3605 כל of any thing H7430 רמשׂ that creepeth H127 באדמה on the ground, H8403 תבנית the likeness H3605 כל of any H1710 דגה fish H834 אשׁר that H4325 במים in the waters H8478 מתחת beneath H776 לארץ׃ the earth:

19 H6435 ופן And lest H5375 תשׂא thou lift up H5869 עיניך thine eyes H8064 השׁמימה unto heaven, H7200 וראית and when thou seest H853 את H8121 השׁמשׁ the sun, H853 ואת H3394 הירח and the moon, H853 ואת H3556 הכוכבים and the stars, H3605 כל all H6635 צבא the host H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H5080 ונדחת shouldest be driven H7812 והשׁתחוית to worship H5647 להם ועבדתם them, and serve H834 אשׁר them, which H2505 חלק H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H853 אתם H3605 לכל unto all H5971 העמים nations H8478 תחת under H3605 כל the whole H8064 השׁמים׃ heaven.

20 H853 ואתכם H3947 לקח hath taken H3068 יהוה But the LORD H3318 ויוצא H853 אתכם H3564 מכור furnace, H1270 הברזל out of the iron H4714 ממצרים H1961 להיות to be H5971 לו לעם unto him a people H5159 נחלה of inheritance, H3117 כיום day. H2088 הזה׃ as this

21 H3068 ויהוה Furthermore the LORD H599 התאנף was angry H5921 בי על with me for your sakes, H1697 דבריכם with me for your sakes, H7650 וישׁבע and swore H1115 לבלתי that I should not H5674 עברי go over H853 את H3383 הירדן Jordan, H1115 ולבלתי and that I should not H935 בא go in H413 אל unto H776 הארץ land, H2896 הטובה that good H834 אשׁר which H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H5414 נתן giveth H5159 לך נחלה׃ thee an inheritance:

22 H3588 כי But H595 אנכי I H4191 מת must die H776 בארץ land, H2063 הזאת in this H369 אינני I must not H5674 עבר go over H853 את H3383 הירדן Jordan: H859 ואתם but ye H5674 עברים shall go over, H3423 וירשׁתם and possess H853 את H776 הארץ land. H2896 הטובה good H2063 הזאת׃ that

23 H8104 השׁמרו Take heed H6435 לכם פן unto yourselves, lest H7911 תשׁכחו ye forget H853 את H1285 ברית the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God, H834 אשׁר which H3772 כרת he made H5973 עמכם with H6213 ועשׂיתם you, and make H6459 לכם פסל you a graven image, H8544 תמונת the likeness H3605 כל of any H834 אשׁר which H6680 צוך hath forbidden H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך׃ thy God

24 H3588 כי For H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H784 אשׁ fire, H398 אכלה a consuming H1931 הוא H410 אל God. H7067 קנא׃ a jealous

25 H3588 כי When H3205 תוליד thou shalt beget H1121 בנים children, H1121 ובני and children's H1121 בנים children, H3462 ונושׁנתם and ye shall have remained long H776 בארץ in the land, H7843 והשׁחתם and shall corrupt H6213 ועשׂיתם and make H6459 פסל a graven image, H8544 תמונת the likeness H3605 כל of any H6213 ועשׂיתם and shall do H7451 הרע evil H5869 בעיני in the sight H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God, H3707 להכעיסו׃ to provoke him to anger:
