Deuteronomy 31:9-13 ויכתב wrote משׁה And Moses את התורה law, הזאת this ויתנה and delivered אל it unto הכהנים the priests בני the sons לוי of Levi, הנשׂאים which bore את ארון the ark ברית of the covenant יהוה of the LORD, ואל and unto כל all זקני the elders ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

11 H935 בבוא is come H3605 כל When all H3478 ישׂראל Israel H7200 לראות to appear H853 את H6440 פני before H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H4725 במקום in the place H834 אשׁר which H977 יבחר he shall choose, H7121 תקרא thou shalt read H853 את H8451 התורה law H2063 הזאת this H5048 נגד before H3605 כל all H3478 ישׂראל Israel H241 באזניהם׃ in their hearing.

12 H6950 הקהל H853 את H5971 העם H376 האנשׁים men, H802 והנשׁים and women, H2945 והטף and children, H1616 וגרך and thy stranger H834 אשׁר that H8179 בשׁעריך within thy gates, H4616 למען that H8085 ישׁמעו they may hear, H4616 ולמען and that H3925 ילמדו they may learn, H3372 ויראו and fear H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God, H8104 ושׁמרו and observe H6213 לעשׂות to do H853 את H3605 כל all H1697 דברי the words H8451 התורה law: H2063 הזאת׃ of this

13 H1121 ובניהם And their children, H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא have not H3045 ידעו known H8085 ישׁמעו may hear, H3925 ולמדו and learn H3372 ליראה to fear H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God, H3605 כל as long as H3117 הימים H834 אשׁר whither H859 אתם ye H2416 חיים live H5921 על in H127 האדמה the land H834 אשׁר H859 אתם ye H5674 עברים go over H853 את H3383 הירדן Jordan H8033 שׁמה whither H3423 לרשׁתה׃ to possess
