Deuteronomy 31:11 בבוא is come כל When all ישׂראל Israel לראות to appear את פני before יהוה the LORD אלהיך thy God במקום in the place אשׁר which יבחר he shall choose, תקרא thou shalt read את התורה law הזאת this נגד before כל all ישׂראל Israel באזניהם׃ in their hearing.
