Deuteronomy 19:4-10

  4 H2088 וזה And this H1697 דבר the case H7523 הרצח of the slayer, H834 אשׁר which H5127 ינוס shall flee H8033 שׁמה thither, H2425 וחי that he may live: H834 אשׁר Whoso H5221 יכה killeth H853 את   H7453 רעהו his neighbor H1097 בבלי   H1847 דעת   H1931 והוא whom he H3808 לא not H8130 שׂנא hated H8543 לו מתמל   H8032 שׁלשׁם׃ in time

  5 H834 ואשׁר As when a man H935 יבא goeth H854 את with H7453 רעהו his neighbor H3293 ביער into the wood H2404 לחטב to hew H6086 עצים wood, H5080 ונדחה fetcheth a stroke H3027 ידו and his hand H1631 בגרזן with the axe H3772 לכרת to cut down H6086 העץ the tree, H5394 ונשׁל slippeth H1270 הברזל and the head H4480 מן from H6086 העץ the helve, H4672 ומצא and lighteth upon H853 את   H7453 רעהו his neighbor, H4191 ומת that he die; H1931 הוא he H5127 ינוס shall flee H413 אל unto H259 אחת one H5892 הערים cities, H428 האלה of those H2425 וחי׃ and live:

  6 H6435 פן Lest H7291 ירדף pursue H1350 גאל the avenger H1818 הדם of the blood H310 אחרי pursue H7523 הרצח the slayer, H3588 כי while H3179 יחם is hot, H3824 לבבו his heart H5381 והשׂיגו and overtake H3588 כי him, because H7235 ירבה is long, H1870 הדרך the way H5221 והכהו and slay H5315 נפשׁ him; H369 ולו אין whereas he not H4941 משׁפט worthy of death, H4194 מות worthy of death, H3588 כי inasmuch as H3808 לא him not H8130 שׂנא hated H1931 הוא he H8543 לו מתמול past. H8032 שׁלשׁום׃ in time

  7 H5921 על   H3651 כן   H595 אנכי I H6680 מצוך command H559 לאמר thee, saying, H7969 שׁלשׁ three H5892 ערים cities H914 תבדיל׃ Thou shalt separate

  8 H518 ואם And if H7337 ירחיב enlarge H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H853 את   H1366 גבלך thy coast, H834 כאשׁר as H7650 נשׁבע he hath sworn H1 לאבתיך unto thy fathers, H5414 ונתן and give H853 לך את   H3605 כל thee all H776 הארץ the land H834 אשׁר which H1696 דבר he promised H5414 לתת to give H1 לאבתיך׃ unto thy fathers;

  9 H3588 כי If H8104 תשׁמר thou shalt keep H853 את   H3605 כל all H4687 המצוה commandments H2063 הזאת these H6213 לעשׂתה to do H834 אשׁר them, which H595 אנכי I H6680 מצוך command H3117 היום thee this day, H157 לאהבה to love H853 את   H3069 יהוה   H430 אלהיך thy God, H1980 וללכת and to walk H1870 בדרכיו in his ways; H3605 כל ever H3117 הימים ever H3254 ויספת then shalt thou add H5750 לך עוד more H7969 שׁלשׁ three H5892 ערים cities H5921 על for thee, beside H7969 השׁלשׁ three: H428 האלה׃ these

  10 H3808 ולא be not H8210 ישׁפך shed H1818 דם blood H5355 נקי That innocent H7130 בקרב in H776 ארצך thy land, H834 אשׁר which H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H5414 נתן giveth H5159 לך נחלה thee an inheritance, H1961 והיה be H5921 עליך upon H1818 דמים׃ and blood
