2 Samuel 19:24-30 ומפבשׁת And Mephibosheth בן the son שׁאול of Saul ירד came down לקראת to meet המלך the king, ולא and had neither עשׂה dressed רגליו his feet, ולא nor עשׂה trimmed שׂפמו his beard, ואת בגדיו his clothes, לא nor כבס washed למן from היום the day לכת departed המלך the king עד until היום the day אשׁר בא he came בשׁלום׃ in peace.

24 H4648 ומפבשׁת And Mephibosheth H1121 בן the son H7586 שׁאול of Saul H3381 ירד came down H7125 לקראת to meet H4428 המלך the king, H3808 ולא and had neither H6213 עשׂה dressed H7272 רגליו his feet, H3808 ולא nor H6213 עשׂה trimmed H8222 שׂפמו his beard, H853 ואת H899 בגדיו his clothes, H3808 לא nor H3526 כבס washed H4480 למן from H3117 היום the day H1980 לכת departed H4428 המלך the king H5704 עד until H3117 היום the day H834 אשׁר H935 בא he came H7965 בשׁלום׃ in peace.

25 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H3588 כי when H935 בא he was come H3389 ירושׁלם to Jerusalem H7125 לקראת to meet H4428 המלך the king, H559 ויאמר said H4428 לו המלך that the king H4100 למה unto him, Wherefore H3808 לא not H1980 הלכת wentest H5973 עמי thou with H4648 מפיבשׁת׃ me, Mephibosheth?

26 H559 ויאמר And he answered, H113 אדני My lord, H4428 המלך O king, H5650 עבדי my servant H7411 רמני deceived H3588 כי me: for H559 אמר said, H5650 עבדך thy servant H2280 אחבשׁה I will saddle H2543 לי החמור me an ass, H7392 וארכב that I may ride H5921 עליה thereon, H1980 ואלך and go H854 את to H4428 המלך the king; H3588 כי because H6455 פסח lame. H5650 עבדך׃ thy servant

27 H7270 וירגל And he hath slandered H5650 בעבדך thy servant H413 אל unto H113 אדני my lord H4428 המלך the king; H113 ואדני but my lord H4428 המלך the king H4397 כמלאך as an angel H430 האלהים of God: H6213 ועשׂה do H2896 הטוב therefore good H5869 בעיניך׃ in thine eyes.

28 H3588 כי For H3808 לא H1961 היה were H3605 כל all H1004 בית house H1 אבי my father's H3588 כי but H518 אם but H376 אנשׁי men H4194 מות dead H113 לאדני my lord H4428 המלך the king: H7896 ותשׁת yet didst thou set H853 את H5650 עבדך thy servant H398 באכלי among them that did eat H7979 שׁלחנך at thine own table. H4100 ומה What H3426 ישׁ therefore have H5750 לי עוד any more H6666 צדקה right H2199 ולזעק to cry H5750 עוד H413 אל unto H4428 המלך׃ the king?

29 H559 ויאמר said H4428 לו המלך And the king H4100 למה unto him, Why H1696 תדבר speakest H5750 עוד thou any more H1697 דבריך of thy matters? H559 אמרתי I have said, H859 אתה Thou H6717 וציבא and Ziba H2505 תחלקו divide H853 את H7704 השׂדה׃ the land.

30 H559 ויאמר said H4648 מפיבשׁת And Mephibosheth H413 אל unto H4428 המלך the king, H1571 גם Yea, H853 את H3605 הכל all, H3947 יקח let him take H310 אחרי forasmuch H834 אשׁר forasmuch H935 בא is come again H113 אדני as my lord H4428 המלך the king H7965 בשׁלום in peace H413 אל unto H1004 ביתו׃ his own house.
