2 Kings 20:8-21

  8 H559 ויאמר said H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H413 אל unto H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah, H4100 מה What H226 אות the sign H3588 כי that H7495 ירפא will heal H3068 יהוה the LORD H5927 לי ועליתי me, and that I shall go up H3117 ביום day? H7992 השׁלישׁי the third H1004 בית into the house H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD

  9 H559 ויאמר said, H3470 ישׁעיהו And Isaiah H2088 זה This H226 לך האות sign H853 מאת   H3068 יהוה the LORD, H3588 כי that H6213 יעשׂה will do H3068 יהוה the LORD H853 את   H1697 הדבר the thing H834 אשׁר that H1696 דבר he hath spoken: H1980 הלך go forward H6738 הצל shall the shadow H6235 עשׂר ten H4609 מעלות degrees, H518 אם or H7725 ישׁוב go back H6235 עשׂר ten H4609 מעלות׃ degrees?

  10 H559 ויאמר answered, H2396 יחזקיהו   H7043 נקל It is a light thing H6738 לצל for the shadow H5186 לנטות to go down H6235 עשׂר ten H4609 מעלות degrees: H3808 לא nay, H3588 כי but H7725 ישׁוב return H6738 הצל let the shadow H322 אחרנית backward H6235 עשׂר ten H4609 מעלות׃ degrees.

  11 H7121 ויקרא cried H3470 ישׁעיהו And Isaiah H5030 הנביא the prophet H413 אל unto H3068 יהוה the LORD: H7725 וישׁב and he brought H853 את   H6738 הצל the shadow H4600 במעלות   H834 אשׁר by which H3381 ירדה it had gone down H4609 במעלות degrees H271 אחז of Ahaz. H322 אחרנית backward, H6235 עשׂר ten H4609 מעלות׃ in the dial

  12 H6256 בעת time H1931 ההיא At that H7971 שׁלח sent H1255 בראדך בלאדן Berodach-baladan, H1121 בן the son H1081 בלאדן of Baladan, H4428 מלך king H894 בבל of Babylon, H5612 ספרים letters H4503 ומנחה and a present H413 אל unto H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah: H3588 כי for H8085 שׁמע he had heard H3588 כי that H2470 חלה had been sick. H2396 חזקיהו׃ Hezekiah

  13 H8085 וישׁמע hearkened H5921 עליהם unto H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H7200 ויראם them, and showed H853 את   H3605 כל them all H1004 בית the house H5238 נכתה of his precious things, H853 את   H3701 הכסף the silver, H853 ואת   H2091 הזהב and the gold, H853 ואת   H1314 הבשׂמים and the spices, H853 ואת   H8081 שׁמן ointment, H2896 הטוב and the precious H853 ואת   H1004 בית and the house H3627 כליו of his armor, H853 ואת   H3605 כל and all H834 אשׁר that H4672 נמצא was found H214 באוצרתיו in his treasures: H3808 לא nothing H1961 היה there was H1697 דבר nothing H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא them not. H7200 הראם showed H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah H1004 בביתו in his house, H3605 ובכל nor in all H4474 ממשׁלתו׃  

  14 H935 ויבא Then came H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah H5030 הנביא the prophet H413 אל unto H4428 המלך king H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah, H559 ויאמר and said H413 אליו unto H4100 מה him, What H559 אמרו said H376 האנשׁים men? H428 האלה these H370 ומאין and from whence H935 יבאו came H413 אליך they unto H559 ויאמר said, H2396 חזקיהו thee? And Hezekiah H776 מארץ   H7350 רחוקה   H935 באו They are come H894 מבבל׃  

  15 H559 ויאמר And he said, H4100 מה What H7200 ראו have they seen H1004 בביתך in thine house? H559 ויאמר answered, H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H853 את   H3605 כל All H834 אשׁר that H1004 בביתי in mine house H7200 ראו have they seen: H3808 לא nothing H1961 היה there is H1697 דבר nothing H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא I have not H7200 הראיתם showed H214 באצרתי׃ among my treasures

  16 H559 ויאמר said H3470 ישׁעיהו And Isaiah H413 אל unto H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah, H8085 שׁמע Hear H1697 דבר the word H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD.

  17 H2009 הנה Behold, H3117 ימים the days H935 באים come, H5375 ונשׂא shall be carried H3605 כל that all H834 אשׁר that H1004 בביתך in thine house, H834 ואשׁר and that which H686 אצרו have laid up in store H1 אבתיך thy fathers H5704 עד unto H3117 היום day, H2088 הזה this H894 בבלה into Babylon: H3808 לא nothing H3498 יותר shall be left, H1697 דבר nothing H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

  18 H1121 ומבניך   H834 אשׁר that H3318 יצאו shall issue H4480 ממך from H834 אשׁר thee, which H3205 תוליד thou shalt beget, H3947 יקח shall they take away; H1961 והיו and they shall be H5631 סריסים eunuchs H1964 בהיכל in the palace H4428 מלך of the king H894 בבל׃ of Babylon.

  19 H559 ויאמר Then said H2396 חזקיהו Hezekiah H413 אל unto H3470 ישׁעיהו Isaiah, H2896 טוב Good H1697 דבר the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר which H1696 דברת thou hast spoken. H559 ויאמר And he said, H3808 הלוא not H518 אם if H7965 שׁלום peace H571 ואמת and truth H1961 יהיה be H3117 בימי׃ in my days?

  20 H3499 ויתר And the rest H1697 דברי of the acts H2396 חזקיהו of Hezekiah, H3605 וכל and all H1369 גבורתו his might, H834 ואשׁר and how H6213 עשׂה he made H853 את   H1295 הברכה a pool, H853 ואת   H8585 התעלה and a conduit, H935 ויבא and brought H853 את   H4325 המים water H5892 העירה into the city, H3808 הלא not H1992 הם they H3789 כתובים written H5921 על in H5612 ספר the book H1697 דברי of the chronicles H3117 הימים of the chronicles H4428 למלכי of the kings H3063 יהודה׃ of Judah?

  21 H7901 וישׁכב slept H2396 חזקיהו And Hezekiah H5973 עם with H1 אבתיו his fathers: H4427 וימלך reigned H4519 מנשׁה and Manasseh H1121 בנו his son H8478 תחתיו׃ in his stead.
