1 Chronicles 21:17 ויאמר said דויד And David אל unto האלהים God, הלא not אני I אמרתי commanded למנות to be numbered? בעם the people ואני even I הוא it אשׁר is that חטאתי have sinned והרע and done evil indeed; הרעותי and done evil indeed; ואלה but these הצאן sheep, מה what עשׂו have they done? יהוה O LORD אלהי my God, תהי be נא I pray thee, ידך let thine hand, בי ובבית house; אבי on me, and on my father's ובעמך on thy people, לא but not למגפה׃ that they should be plagued.
