1 O El of vengeance; O Yah Veh El of vengeance, shine!
2 Lift yourself, O judge of the earth; return a dealing to the pompous.
3 O Yah Veh, until when the wicked - until when jump the wicked for joy?
4 They gush; they word impudence and all the doers of mischief say.
5 They crush your people, O Yah Veh, and humble your inheritance;
6 they slaughter the widow and the sojourner and murder the orphan:
7 and they say, neither Yah Veh sees, nor Elohim of Yaaqov discerns.
8 Discern, you stupid among the people; and fools, when discern you?
9 He who plants the ear, hears he not? He who forms the eye, scans he not?
10 He who disciplines the goyim, reproves he not? - he who teaches humanity knowledge?
11 Yah Veh knows that the fabrications of humanity are vanity.
12 Blithe - the mighty whom you discipline, O Yah; - whom you teach from your torah;
13 so that you rest him from the days of evil, until they dig the pit of ruin for the wicked.
14 For Yah Veh neither abandons his people nor forsakes his inheritance;
15 for judgment returns to justness; and all the straight in heart after it.
16 Who rises for me against the vilifiers? Who sets for me against the workers of mischief?
17 Unless Yah Veh had been my help, my soul had almost tabernacled in silence.
18 When I say, My foot totters; your mercy, O Yah Veh, supports me.
19 In the abundance of my thoughts inside me your consolations delight my soul.
20 Is the throne of calamity joined with you - which forms toil by a statute?
21 They troop against the soul of the just and innocent blood, thet judge wicked:
22 and Yah Veh is my secure loft; and my Elohim is the rock of my refuge:
23 and he returns their own mischief on them and exterminates them in their own evil: Yah Veh our Elohim exterminates them.
