4 Yah Veh is in his holy manse, the throne of Yah Veh is in the heavens; his eyes see; his eyelids proof the sons of humanity.
5 Yah Veh proofs the just; and the wicked who love violence his soul hates.
6 On the wicked he rains snares - fire and sulphur and a raging wind/spirit; - the allotment of their cup.
7 For just Yah Veh loves justness; his face sees the straight.
