SOME RODS RETURN HOME Then Yah Shua calls the Reu Beniy and the Gadiy and the half rod of Menash Sheh, 2 and says to them, You - you guarded all Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh misvahed you; and heard my voice in all I misvahed you: 3 you left not your brothers these many days to this day, but guarded the guard of the misvah of Yah Veh your Elohim. 4 And now Yah Veh your Elohim rests your brothers as he worded them: and now face and go to your tents - to the land of your possession Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh gave you beyond Yarden. 5
THE GREATEST MISVAH But guard mightily to work the misvah and the torah, Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh misvahed you: to love Yah Veh your Elohim and to walk in all his ways; to guard his misvoth and to adhere to him; and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul. 6 Thus Yah Shua blesses them and sends them away: and they go to their tents. 7 And Mosheh gives to the half scion of Menash Sheh in Bashan: and Yah Shua gives to the half among their brothers beyond Yarden seaward: and Yah Shua sends them to their tents and blesses them, 8 and says to them, saying, Return to your tents with much holdings and with mighty much chattel; with silver and with gold and with copper and with iron and with a mighty abundance of clothes: allot the spoil of your enemies with your brothers. 9 And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the half scion of Menash Sheh return and come from the sons of Yisra El - from Shiloh in the land of Kenaan, to go to the land of Gilad - to the land of their possession whereof they possess according to the mouth of Yah Veh by the hand of Mosheh. 10
THE REBEL ALTAR And they come to the region of Yarden in the land of Kenaan; and the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the half scion of Menash Sheh build a sacrifice altar by Yarden - a great sacrifice altar to the sight. 11 And the sons of Yisra El hear say, Behold, the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the half scion of Menash Sheh build a sacrifice altar toward the land of Kenaan in the region of Yarden this side of the sons of Yisra El. 12 And when the sons of Yisra El hear, the whole witness of the sons of Yisra El congregate at Shiloh to ascend to host against them: 13 and the sons of Yisra El send to the sons of Reu Ben and to the sons of Gad and to the half scion of Menash Sheh, in the land of Gilad, Pinechas the son of El Azar the priest; 14 with ten hierarchs - one hierarch of each house of the fathers throughout all the rods of Yisra El; and each man is a head of the house of their fathers among the thousands of Yisra El. 15 And they come to the sons of Reu Ben and to the sons of Gad and to the half scion of Menash Sheh to the land of Gilad; and they word with them, saying, 16 Thus says the whole witness of Yah Veh, What is this treason you treason against Elohim of Yisra El - to turn away this day from after Yah Veh by building a sacrifice altar - to rebel this day against Yah Veh? 17 Is the perversity of Peor too little for us from which we are not purified until this day - a plague in the witness of Yah Veh 18 to turn away this day from after Yah Veh? And so be it, today you rebel against Yah Veh; and tomorrow he enrages with the whole witness of Yisra El. 19 Surely, if the land of your possession is foul, pass over to the land of the possession of Yah Veh - wherein the tabernacle of Yah Veh tabernacles; and take possession among us: but neither rebel against Yah Veh nor rebel against us by building a sacrifice altar except the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh our Elohim. 20 Treasoned not Achan the son of Zerach a treason in the devotement - and rage fell on all the witness of Yisra El? and that man expired not alone in his perversity. 21 And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the half scion of Menash Sheh answer and word to the heads of the thousands of Yisra El, 22 El of elohim - Yah Veh El of elohim - Yah Veh - he knows - and Yisra El he knows - if in rebellion - if in treason against Yah Veh you save us not this day 23 - if we build us a sacrifice altar to turn from after Yah Veh, - if to holocaust a holocaust or offering - if to work shelamim thereon Yah Veh himself beseeches. 24 And if we work not concerning this word, saying, Tomorrow your sons say to our sons, saying, What have you to do with Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El? 25 for Yah Veh gave Yarden for a border between us and between you, you sons of Reu Ben and sons of Gad; you have no allotment in Yah Veh: thus your sons cause our sons to cease by not awing Yah Veh. 26 So we say, We now work to build us a sacrifice altar, neither for holocaust nor for sacrifice: 27 but to be a witness between us and between you and our generations after us; to serve the service of Yah Veh at his face with our holocausts and with our sacrifices and with our shelamim; that your sons not say to our sons tomorrow, You have no allotment in Yah Veh. 28 So say we, so be it, when they say to us or to our generations tomorrow, that we say, See the pattern of the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh our fathers worked - neither for holocausts nor for sacrifices; but as a witness between us and between you. 29 Far be it that we rebel against Yah Veh and turn this day from after Yah Veh to build a sacrifice altar for holocausts for offerings or for sacrifices apart from the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh our Elohim at the face of his tabernacle. 30 And when Pinechas the priest and the hierarchs of the witness and heads of the thousands of Yisra El with him hear the words the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad and the sons of Menash Sheh word, it well-pleases their eyes. 31 And Pinechas the son of El Azar the priest says to the sons of Reu Ben and to the sons of Gad and to the sons of Menash Sheh, This day we perceive that Yah Veh is among us; because you treasoned not this treason against Yah Veh: then you have rescued the sons of Yisra El from the hand of Yah Veh. 32 And Pinechas the son of El Azar the priest and the hierarchs return from the sons of Reu Ben and from the sons of Gad from the land of Gilad to the land of Kenaan to the sons of Yisra El; and return them word: 33 and the word well-pleases the eyes of the sons of Yisra El; and the sons of Yisra El bless Elohim and say not to ascend to host against them to ruin the land wherein the sons of Reu Ben and Gad settle. 34 And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad call the sacrifice altar, Witness: for it witnesses between us that Yah Veh is Elohim.
