7 He spreads the north over the void and hangs the earth on naught whatever;
8 he tribulates the waters in his thick clouds and the cloud splits not under them;
9 he holds back the face of his throne and spreads his cloud thereon;
10 he circles the face of the waters with statutes until the light and dark conclude.
11 The pillars of the heavens quake and marvel at his rebuke;
12 he splits the sea with his force; by his discernment he strikes the proud:
13 by his spirit he glorifies the heavens; his hand writhes the fugitive serpent.
14 Behold, these - the end of his ways; And how an inkling of a word is heard of him? And who discerns the thunder of his might?
