ATHAL YAH REIGNS OVER YAH HUDAH
And Athal Yah is the mother of Achaz Yah; and she sees that her son dies; and she rises and destroys all the seed of the sovereigndom. 2 And Yah Sheba the daughter of sovereign Yah Ram sister of Achaz Yah takes Yah Ash the son of Achaz Yah and steals him from among the sons of the sovereign who are deathified; and they hide him - him and his suckler in the bedchamber from the face of Athal Yah; and he is not deathified. 3 And he is hidden with her in the house of Yah Veh for six years: and Athal Yah reigns over the land. 4 And the seventh year Yah Yada sends and takes the governors over hundreds, with the executioners and the runners and brings them to him to the house of Yah Veh; and cuts a covenant with them and has them oath in the house of Yah Veh; and has them see the son of the sovereign. 5 And he misvahs them, saying, This is the word you work; a third of you enter in on the shabbath to guard the guard of the house of the sovereign; 6 and a third at the portal of Sur; and a third at the portal behind the runners: thus you guard the guard of the house that it not be uprooted: 7 and two hands of you all go forth on the shabbath and guard the guard of the house of Yah Veh surrounding the sovereign: 8 surround the sovereign all around every man with his instruments in his hand: and deathify him who comes inside the ranks: and you be with the sovereign as he goes and as he comes. 9 And the governors over the hundreds work according to all Yah Yada the priest misvahs: and every man takes his men going in on the shabbath with them coming out on the shabbath and come to Yah Yada the priest. 10 And the priest gives the spears and shields of sovereign David to the governors over hundreds in the house of Yah Veh. 11 And every man of the runners stands with his instruments in his hand all around the sovereign - from the right shoulder of the house to the left shoulder of the house - by the sacrifice altar and the house. 12 And he brings the son of the sovereign and gives the separatism and the witness on him; and they have him reign and anoint him; and they smite their palms and say, The sovereign lives. 13 And Athal Yah hears the noise of the runners and of the people; and she comes to the people in the house of Yah Veh: 14 and she sees, and behold, the sovereign standing by a pillar according to the judgment; and the governors and the trumpeters by the sovereign; and all the people of the land cheering and blasting with trumpets: and Athal Yah rips her clothes and calls out, Conspiracy! Conspiracy! 15 And Yah Yada the priest misvahs the governors of the hundreds - the overseers of the valiant and says to them, Bring out her house by ranks: and deathify him who goes after with the sword: for the priest says, Deathify her not in the house of Yah Veh. 16 And they set hands on her and she goes the way of the entrance of the horses into the house of the sovereign: and there she is deathified. 17 And Yah Yada cuts a covenant between Yah Veh and between the sovereign and between the people to be a people to Yah Veh; and between the sovereign and between the people. 18 And all the people of the land go to the house of Baal and pull it down - they thoroughly break his sacrifice altars and his images; and slaughter Mattan the priest of Baal at the face of the sacrifice altars: and the priest sets overseers over the house of Yah Veh: 19 and he takes the governors over hundreds and the executioners and the runners and all the people of the land: and they descend the sovereign from the house of Yah Veh and come by the way of the portal of the runners to the house of the sovereign: and he settles on the throne of the sovereigns. 20 And all the people of the land cheer and the city rests: and they deathify Athal Yah with the sword beside the house of the sovereign. 21
