8 And in the eighteenth year of his reign he purifies the land and the house: and he sends Shaphan the son of Asal Yah and Maase Yah the governor of the city and Yah Ach the son of Yah Achaz the remembrancer to strengthen the house of Yah Veh his Elohim.
