  1 H3068 And Jehovah H1696 spake H4872 unto Moses, H559 saying,
  2 H1696 Speak H1121 unto the children H3478 of Israel, H3947 and take H4294 of them rods, H1 one for each fathers' H1004 house, H5387 of all their princes H1 according to their fathers' H1004 houses, H8147 twelve H4294 rods: H3789 write H376 thou every man's H8034 name H4294 upon his rod.
  3 H3789 And thou shalt write H175 Aaron's H8034 name H4294 upon the rod H3878 of Levi; H259 for there shall be one H4294 rod H7218 for each head H1 of their fathers' H1004 houses.
  4 H3240 And thou shalt lay them up H168 in the tent H4150 of meeting H6440 before H5715 the testimony, H3259 where I meet with you.
  5 H4294 And it shall come to pass, that the rod H376 of the man H977 whom I shall choose H6524 shall bud: H7918 and I will make to cease H8519 from me the murmurings H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel, H3885 which they murmur against you.
  6 H4872 And Moses H1696 spake H1121 unto the children H3478 of Israel; H5387 and all their princes H5414 gave H4294 him rods, H5387 for each prince H259 one, H1 according to their fathers' H1004 houses, H6240 even twelve H4294 rods: H4294 and the rod H175 of Aaron H8432 was among H4294 their rods.
  7 H4872 And Moses H3240 laid up H4294 the rods H6440 before H3068 Jehovah H168 in the tent H5715 of the testimony.
  8 H4283 And it came to pass on the morrow, H4872 that Moses H935 went H168 into the tent H5715 of the testimony; H4294 and, behold, the rod H175 of Aaron H1004 for the house H3878 of Levi H6524 was budded, H3318 and put forth H6525 buds, H6692 and produced H6731 blossoms, H1580 and bare H8247 ripe almonds.
  9 H4872 And Moses H3318 brought out H4294 all the rods H6440 from before H3068 Jehovah H1121 unto all the children H3478 of Israel: H7200 and they looked, H3947 and took H376 every man H4294 his rod.
  10 H3068 And Jehovah H559 said H4872 unto Moses, H7725 Put H7725 back H4294 the rod H175 of Aaron H6440 before H5715 the testimony, H4931 to be kept H226 for a token H4805 against the children of rebellion; H3615 that thou mayest make an end H8519 of their murmurings H4191 against me, that they die not.
  11 H6213 Thus did H4872 Moses: H3068 as Jehovah H6680 commanded H6213 him, so did he.
  12 H1121 And the children H3478 of Israel H559 spake H4872 unto Moses, H559 saying, H1478 Behold, we perish, H6 we are undone, H6 we are all undone.
  13 H7131 Every one that cometh near, H4908 that cometh near unto the tabernacle H3068 of Jehovah, H4191 dieth: H8552 shall we perish H1478 all of us?
