Acts 11:1-18 Now the apostles and the brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God.

2 G2532 And G3753 when G4074 Peter G305 was come up G1519 to G2414 Jerusalem, G3588 they that were G1537 of G4061 the circumcision G1252 contended G4314 with G846 him,

3 G3754 saying, G1525 Thou wentest in G4314 to G435 men G2192 G203 uncircumcised, G2532 and G4906 didst eat with G846 them.

4 G1161 But G4074 Peter G756 began, G1620 and expounded G846 the matter unto them G2517 in order, G3004 saying,

5 G1473 I G2252 was G1722 in G4172 the city G2445 of Joppa G4336 praying: G2532 and G1722 in G1611 a trance G1492 I saw G3705 a vision, G5100 a certain G4632 vessel G2597 descending, G5613 as it were G3173 a great G3607 sheet G2524 let down G1537 from G3772 heaven G5064 by four G746 corners; G2532 and G2064 it came G891 even unto G1700 me:

6 G1519 upon G3739 which G816 when I had fastened mine eyes, G2657 I considered, G2532 and G1492 saw G5074 the fourfooted beasts G1093 of the earth G2532 and G2342 wild beasts G2532 and G2062 creeping things G2532 and G4071 birds G3772 of the heaven.

8 G1161 But G2036 I said, G3365 Not so, G2962 Lord: G3754 for G3956 nothing G2839 common G2228 or G169 unclean G3763 hath ever G1525 entered G1519 into G3450 my G4750 mouth.

14 G3739 who G2980 shall speak G4314 unto G4571 thee G1722 words, G3739 whereby G4771 thou G4982 shalt be saved, G2532 thou and G3956 all G4675 thy G3624 house.

15 G1161 And G1722 as G3165 I G756 began G2980 to speak, G40 the Holy G4151 Spirit G1968 fell G1909 on G846 them, G2532 even G5618 as G1909 on G2248 us G1722 at G746 the beginning.

16 G1161 And G3415 I G4487 remembered the word G2962 of the Lord, G5613 how he G3004 said, G2491 John G3303 indeed G907 baptized G5204 with water; G1161 but G5210 ye G907 shall be baptized G1722 in G40 the Holy G4151 Spirit.

18 G1161 And when G191 they heard G5023 these things, G2270 they held their peace, G2532 and G1392 glorified G2316 God, G3004 saying, G686 Then G1484 to the Gentiles G2532 also G1325 hath G2316 God G1325 granted G3341 repentance G1519 unto G2222 life.
