2 G235 but G2532 G4310 having suffered before G2532 and G5195 been shamefully treated, G2531 as G1492 ye know, G1722 at G5375 Philippi, G3955 we waxed bold G1722 in G2257 our G2316 God G2980 to speak G4314 unto G5209 you G2098 the gospel G2316 of God G1722 in G4183 much G73 conflict.

3 G1063 For G2257 our G3874 exhortation G3756 is not G1537 of G4106 error, G3761 nor G1537 of G167 uncleanness, G3777 nor G1722 in G1388 guile:

4 G235 but G2531 even as G1381 we have been approved G5259 of G2316 God G4100 to be intrusted with G2098 the gospel, G3779 so G2980 we speak; G3756 not G5613 as G700 pleasing G444 men, G235 but G2316 God G3588 who G1381 proveth G2257 our G2588 hearts.

5 G1063 For G3777 neither G4218 at any time G1096 were we G3056 found using words G2850 of flattery, G2531 as G1492 ye know, G3777 nor G4392 a cloak G4124 of covetousness, G2316 God G3144 is witness;

6 G3777 nor G1391 seeking glory G1537 of G444 men, G3777 neither G575 from G5216 you G3777 nor G575 from G243 others, G1410 when we might G1511 have G1722 claimed G922 authority G5613 as G652 apostles G5547 of Christ.

17 G1161 But G2249 we, G80 brethren, G642 being bereaved G575 of G5216 you G4314 for G5610 a short G2540 season, G4383 in presence G3756 not G2588 in heart, G4704 endeavored G4056 the more exceedingly G1492 to see G5216 your G4383 face G1722 with G4183 great G4314 desire:

19 G1063 For G5101 what G2257 is our G1680 hope, G2228 or G5479 joy, G2228 or G4735 crown G2746 of glorying? G3780 Are not G2532 even G5210 ye, G1715 before G2257 our G2962 Lord G2424 Jesus G5547 G1722 at G846 his G3952 coming?

20 G1063 For G5210 ye G2075 are G2257 our G1391 glory G2532 and G5479 our joy.
