1 Kings 20:35-43

  35 G2532 And G444 [²man G1520 ¹one] G1537 of G3588 the G5207 sons G3588 of the G4396 prophets G2036 said G4314 to G3588   G4139 his neighbor, G1473   G1722 by G3056 a word G2962 of the lord, G3960 Strike G1211 me indeed! G1473   G2532 And G3756 [⁴not G2309 ³would G3588 ¹the G444 ²man] G3960 strike G1473 him.

  36 G2532 And G2036 he said G4314 to G1473 him, G446.2 Because G3756 you hearkened not to G191   G3588 the G5456 voice G2962 of the lord, G2400 behold, G1473 as you G665.1 run G575 from G1473 me, G2532   G3960 [²shall strike G1473 ³you G3023 ¹a lion]. G2532 And G565 he went forth G575 from G1473 him, G2532 and G2147 [²found G1473 ³him G3023 ¹a lion], G2532 and G3960 struck G1473 him.

  37 G2532 And G2147 he finds G444 [²man G243 ¹another], G2532 and G2036 he said, G3960 Strike G1211 indeed G1473 me! G2532 And G3960 [³struck G1473 ⁴him G3588 ¹the G444 ²man], G2532 and G3960 striking G4937 he broke him .

  38 G2532 And G4198 [³went G3588 ¹the G4396 ²prophet] G2532 and G2476 stood G3588 to the G935 king G* of Israel G1909 upon G3588 the G3598 way, G2532 and G2611 he bound G1722 [²with G5045.1 ³a ligature G3588   G3788 ¹his eyes]. G1473  

  39 G2532 And G1096 it came to pass G5613 as G3588 the G935 king G3899 came near, G2532 that G1473 he G994 yelled out G4314 to G3588 the G935 king. G2532 And G2036 he said, G3588   G1401 Your servant G1473   G1831 went forth G1909 with G3588 the G4756 military G3588   G4171 for war, G2532 and G2400 behold, G435 a man G1521 brought G4314 to G1473 me G435 another man, G2532 and G2036 he said G1473 to me, G5442 Guard G3778 this G3588   G435 man! G1437 And if G1161   G1600.1 by rushing away G1600.1 he should rush away, G2532 then G1510.8.3 [³will be required G3588   G5590 ²life G1473 ¹your] G473 for G3588   G5590 his life, G1473   G2228 or G5007 a talent G694 of silver G2476 you establish for it .

  40 G2532 And G1096 it came to pass G5613 as G3588   G1401 your servant G1473   G4017 looked round about G5602 here this way G2532 and G5602 here that way, G2532 that G3778 this man G3756 was not around .   41 G2532 And G4692 he hastened G2532 and G851 removed G3588 the G5045.1 ligature G575 from G3588   G3788 his eyes. G1473   G2532 And G1921 [⁴recognized G1473 ⁵him G3588 ¹the G935 ²king G* ³of Israel], G3754 that G1537 [² was of G3588 ³the G4396 ⁴prophets G3778 ¹this one].

  42 G2532 And G2036 he said G4314 to G1473 him, G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord, G1360 Because G1821 you sent out G1473   G435 [²man G3638.3 ¹a pernicious] G1537 to escape from out of G3588   G5495 your hand, G1473   G2532 even G1510.8.3 [²will be required G3588   G5590 ¹your life] G1473   G473 for G3588   G5590 his life, G1473   G2532 and G3588   G2992 your people G1473   G473 for G3588   G2992 his people.   43 G2532 And G565 [⁴went forth G3588 ¹the G935 ²king G* ³of Israel] G4797 being confounded G2532 and G1590 faint, G2532 and G2064 came G1519 unto G* Samaria.
